“ဆရာကျန်း တောင်းပန်ပါတယ်ဗျာ။ ကျွန်တော် နောက်ဆို အတန်းထဲမှာ သေချာ အာရုံစိုက်ပါ့မယ်”

“နောက်တခါ ဂရုစိုက်မယ်ပေါ့။ ဒီတစ်ခါကို အရင်ဆုံး ဘယ်လိုရှင်းမလဲ။ လျှော်ပေးဖို့တော့ အဲ့ဆရာကို သွားမပြောနိုင်ဘူး။ ငါမင်းကို ကာကွယ်ပေးတာက ပေါ်တင်ကြီး ဖြစ်မနေဘူးလား”

“ကျွန်တော် ဘာလုပ်သင့်လဲ။ ဆရာ အခက်အခဲဖြစ်အောင် လုပ်ခဲ့မိတာ ကျွန်တော့ အပြစ်တွေပါ။ နောက်ဆို အတန်းထဲမှာ စာကောင်းကောင်းသင်တော့မှာဆိုတော့ ဒီလို ထပ်ဖြစ်မှာ မဟုတ်တော့ဘူးလေ။ ဒီတစ်ခေါက် ပြဿနာကို ဖြေရှင်းဖို့ နည်းလမ်း မရှိတော့ဘူးလား”

“ဒါဆိုလဲ တစ်မျိုးစဉ်းစားကြည့်ရအောင်။ မင်းကို ခနလောက် အကျဉ်းချထားလိုက်ရင် ဘယ့်နှယ့်လဲ။ ဒီလိုဆို သူတို့တွေ ဘာမှ အထွန့်တက်လို့မရတော့ဘူး”

“ကျွန်တော့ကို အကျဉ်းချထားမယ်”

ကျုပ်ကိုသာ အကျဉ်းချထားမယ်ဆိုရင် မူကျီနဲ့ အတူနေလို့ မရဘူးဆိုတဲ့ အဓိပ္ပါယ် မဟုတ်ဘူးလား။ ကျုပ် စိတ်တွေ ပူလာပြီ..

“ဆရာကျန်း။ ကျွန်တော့ကို ကူညီပါအုံးဗျာ။ ကျုပ် အကျဉ်းကျ မခံချင်ဘူး”

“အင်း.. ဒီတစ်နည်းကတော့ မင်းအတွက် တော်တော် ခက်ခဲလိမ့်မယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ငါမင်းကို ဘာအပြစ်မှ မပေးရင် ဆရာတွေ ကျေနပ်မှာမဟုတ်ဘူး။ ဒီတော့ (၃)နှစ်တစ်ကြိမ် အထက်တန်းမှော်ပညာကျောင်းပေါင်းစုံ ပြိုင်ပွဲမှာ ငါတို့ကျောင်းရဲ့ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အနေနဲ့ မင်းဝင်ပြိုင်ရမယ်ဆိုရင်ရော။ ကျောင်းထဲမှာတော့ ငါမင်းကို အကျဉ်းချထားတယ်ဆိုပြီး ကြေငြာထားလိုက်မယ်။ ဒီအစီအစဉ်ကရော ဘယ်နှယ့်လဲကွ”

အာ… ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်ပြိုင်ရမှာလား။ ကျုပ် ဆရာကျန်းကိုတောင် နည်းနည်းလေး သံသယဝင်ချင်လာပြီ။

“ပြိုင်ပွဲအတွက် တစ်ကျောင်းစီကနေ (၅)ယောက်တစ်ဖွဲ့စီ လွှတ်ကြလိမ့်မယ်။ မင်းက အဖွဲ့ခေါင်းဆောင်ကွာ။ မူကျီကိုလဲ ထည့်ပေးလိုက်မယ်။ ဒီလောက်ဆို မင်းကျေနပ်သင့်ပါတယ်ဟ”

မူကျီနဲ့ အတူတူဆိုရင်တော့ လက်ခံလို့ရတယ်။

“ပြိုင်ပွဲရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်က ဘာလဲ”

“မင်းတို့အားလုံး စွမ်းအားကောင်းတဲ့သူတွေကြီးပဲဆိုတော့ ပြိုင်ဆိုင်မှုကတော့ တော်တော် ပြင်းလောက်တယ်။ မင်းဘယ်သူတွေနဲ့ သွားချင်လဲ။ ဒီကာလကို ခွင့်ရက် သတ်မှတ်ထားပေးမယ်ကွာ”

ဒီလောက်တောင် လွယ်လား။ ထားလိုက်ပါတော့။ ဆရာကျန်းကို သွားစွဖို့ ဘယ်သူက ခိုင်းခဲ့လို့တုန်း။ ဆရာကျန်း ကျုပ်အတွက် စီစဉ်ပေးထားမှန်း သိနေမှတော့ သူ့အစီအစဉ်ကို မငြင်းတော့ပါဘူး။

“ဟုတ်ကဲ့။ ကျွန်တော် ဝင်ပြိုင်မယ်။ အဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေကို ကျွန်တော် ရွေးလို့ရမလား”

စိတ်ကြိုက် ရွေးခွင့်ရရင် ကောင်းမယ်ဗျ။ မဟုတ်ရင် ဟိုင်ရှင်း အရည်အချင်းနဲ့ဆို သူလဲ သေချာပေါက် အရွေးခံရမှာ။ ကျုပ်သာ ကြားညှပ်သွားရင် အသက်နဲ့ခန္ဓာ တွဲလျှက် ပြန်လာနိုင်ပါ့မလားဆိုတာ မေးစရာပေါ်လာမှာ။

“အဲ့လုပ်ပိုင်ခွင့် ငါပေးနိုင်ပေမယ့် မင်းအဖွဲ့က ပထမဆု ရအောင်ယူလာမယ်ဆိုတာ ကတိပေးနိုင်မှရမယ်။ ငါတို့ တော်ဝင်အထက်တန်းမှော်ကျောင်းတော်ဆိုတာ နာမည်ကျော်ပြီးသား။ တခြားကျောင်းတွေကိုသာ ရှုံးသွားရရင် ဘယ်လို မျက်နှာပြရမှန်းတောင် မသိတော့ဘူး”

ဆရာကျန်း ကျုပ်ကို ထောင်ချောက်အတွင်းနက်နက်ထိ အရောက်ပို့နေတော့တာပဲ။

“ရတယ်ဗျာ။ ကျွန်တော် ပထမဆု ရအောင်ယူပေးမယ်”

ဆရာကျန်း ဟက်ဟက်ပက်ပက် ရယ်နေချိန်မှာ ကျုပ်ကတော့ သွေးတိုးနေပြီ။

“ပြိုင်ပွဲအတွက် ဘယ်သူတွေကို ရွေးမလဲဆိုတာ ပြောစမ်းပါအုံး”

ကျုပ် နည်းနည်းလေး အချိန်ယူ စဉ်းစားပြီးမှ..

“မာခယ်၊ မူကျီ၊ ဟိုင်ယွဲ့ နဲ့ ကျုပ်။ နောက်ဆုံး တစ်ယောက်တော့ ဆရာပဲ ဆုံးဖြတ်လိုက်တော့”

ကျုပ် ဟိုင်ရီကိုလဲ မမေ့ခဲ့ပါဘူး။ သူ့ဒေါသကြီးကြောင့် မရွေးရဲဘူးလေ။

ကျုပ် ရွေးချယ်တာကို ဆရာကျန်း ကျေနပ်သွားတာ သိသာတယ်။

“ဟိုင်ရှင်းကို ဘာလို့မရွေးရတာတုန်း။ သူဆို ဟိုင်ယွဲ့ထက် ပိုထက်တယ်လေ”

“အဟဲ။ ဆရာမသိသေးလို့ပါ။ မာခယ် ဟိုင်ယွဲ့ကို လိုက်နေတာ နှစ်တွေတောင် ပေါက်လာပြီ။ သူ့ကို ဒီအခွင့်အရေးလေး ဖန်တီပေးလိုက်ရအောင်လေ။ ဘယ်လိုပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ပထမဆု ရအောင်ယူပြီး ပြန်လာမယ်လို့ ကတိပေးတယ်ဗျာ။ ဟိုင်ယွဲ့လဲ မဆိုးပါဘူး”

“ကောင်းပြီလေ။ ဒါဆို စစ်ဝါမင်ကို အဖွဲ့ထဲ ထည့်လိုက်တာပေါ့။ ဟိုင်ယွဲ့ကတော့ ရှင်းမိသားစုက တစ်ဦးတည်းသော ပြိုင်ပွဲဝင်ပေါ့”

“စစ်ဝါမင် လား။ မြေမှော်ပညာရှင်။ ကျောင်းရဲ့ ထိပ်သီး ပဉ္စမနှစ်ကျောင်းသားမို့လား”

“ဟုတ်တယ်လေ။ သူပဲပေါ့။ သူ့မှော်ပညာက မင်းအောက်မကျဘူးကွ။ သူနည်းနည်း ကံဆိုးလို့ပဲ ပြောရမှာပေါ့။ တကယ်ဆို သူလဲ မင်းကလွဲရင် မှော်သခင်ကြီးဖြစ်ဖို့ အလားအလာအရှိဆုံး မျိုးဆက်သစ်တစ်ယောက်ပဲ။ လျှို့ဝှက်ချက် တစ်ခု ပြောပြမယ်။ တကယ်တမ်းကျ အဲ့ကောင်လေး သွမ်းယုရှီးရဲ့ ဆက်ခံသူနော်။ မင်းနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းဖို့ရယ်၊ မြို့စား ထီယိနဲ့ ငါ့ကြားက ပဋိပက္ခတွေ လျော့သွားအောင် သူ့ကို ပါစေချင်တာ”

“အော်… ဒီလိုကိုး။ ကျုပ်လဲ သူ့ကို တော်တော်သိချင်နေတာ။ ဆရာကျန်း သူ့ကို တော်တော် အမွှန်းတင်ထားတာပဲ။ ဒီတော့ အစစ်အမှန်စွမ်းရည်နဲ့ သိပ်မကွာလောက်ပါဘူး”

“ဒါဆို ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက် ချလိုက်ပြီ။ ပြိုင်ပွဲမှာ ကျောင်း (၈)ကျောင်းပါမယ်။ ပြိုင်ပွဲကို စစ်ပြန်မြို့တော်က စမ်လုံကျောင်းမှာ လုပ်မှာ။ မနက်ဖြန် သွားရလိမ့်မယ်။ ဆယ်ရက်လောက်ကြာမှာ။ ပြိုင်ပွဲက နောက်ရက်(၂၀)မှာ စမှာဆိုတော့ နေရာနဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် သဘာဝတွေနဲ့ ရင်းနှီးအောင် စောစောသွားမှ ဖြစ်မယ်။ တခြားကျောင်းက အဖွဲ့တွေရဲ့ စွမ်းအားက ငါတို့ထက် အားနည်းတယ်ဆိုရင်တောင် လေ့လာသင်ယူစရာတွေ ရှိသေးတယ်”

ကျုပ် ဂျင်းထည့်ခံလိုက်ရတယ်ဆိုတာ အော်ဗြဲပစ်ချင်လိုက်တာဗျာ။ တကယ်ဆို ဆရာကျန်း အစောကတည်းက စီစဉ်ထားပြီးသား။ နောက်ဆို လေ့လာရေးမှာ ကောင်းကောင်းလုပ်ပြီး ဆရာတွေနဲ့ ပြဿနာမဖြစ်အောင် နေဖို့ပဲ ဆုံးဖြတ်လိုက်ပြီ။ ဆရာကျန်း ကျုပ်အပေါ် ထပ်ပြီး အမြတ်ထုတ်ဖို့ အခွင့်အရေး ပေးလို့ မဖြစ်တော့ဘူး။

I lowered my head as I followed Teacher Zhen back to class. Teacher Zhen looked really serious as he stood on the lecturer’s platform. “What happened today is a very serious offence. The class teacher looked at me smugly. “Principal, can Mu Zi be exempt from her punishment? She had always been attentive in class.” Hearing him plead for my beloved, I had a slightly better impression of him.

After we packed our stuff, just before walking out of class, I looked at the class teacher with some regrets. It seemed that he wasn’t a bad teacher.

I told him, “Teacher, I was wrong today. I hope that you can forgive me. “ My words were completely sincere.

He was stunned for a moment before saying, “Forget it, just tell me why the Principal gave you such a harsh punishment.” Being confined for two months was a really serious punishment. The students that attended the Royal Advanced Magic Academy were the talents of the Kingdom, so the management of the students had always been very slack.
